The 1940-41 veterans' graves registration gives locating directions:

From the railway depot in the town of Arran, proceed east on State Hwy. 129 for 3/10 mile. Turn left (north) on obscure dirt road going 2/10 mile to right and east of road in field.

The graveyard has not been reported in many years now. Rev. Myers Carter of Medart has looked for the site in recent years. He has made forays in the field, trying to reason the location from the 1940-41 veterans' graves document. He feels now it is unlikely that the site can be located with presently available resources. The 1940-41 document records the grave of veteran Jesse W. Carter here.
